To win at this game, you will have to get the number 21 by collecting the numbers on the screen. You can do that by moving the mirrors around. Since there are two mirrors to control, their movement is going to be the opposite from one another, however, only the mirror with the numbers on them is able to collect the balls which are number-labeled. If you manage to collect balls that are not going to lead you to 21, you will simply have to bust and restart the level, and if you have progressed further than the beginning, you are going to go a level down as well.

As you walked around, you saw one of the games that you used to play when you were much younger, which is the game of Mirror Jack. It is a game where you control two spheres and collect points, and you can progress through the levels by getting the number 21 in each round. As you were about to play the game, a hot teen babe with blonde hair approached the machine at the same time. "Go away old timer, this game is for people with skill only," she said arrogantly while fooling around with her clothes. You then informed her that you used to be the best player of this game that the arcade has ever seen and that she has no idea what she's talking about.
